Binge‑Worthy TV Shows You Can’t Miss in 2025

Okay real talk… binge-worthy TV shows 2025 are literally eating my soul and i’m letting them.

It’s 2:41am here, there’s cold pizza crusts on the floor, my phone is at 7% and i’m still refreshing letterboxd like it’s gonna save me. Anyway.

Why These Binge-Worthy TV Shows 2025 Are Actually Dangerous

I used to have self control. Past tense. 2025 came in like a truck and ran over whatever discipline i had left.

1. “The Last Broadcast” (HBO) – i’m not okay

Started it thinking “oh cool dystopia vibes”. By ep 4 i was full on sobbing into my hoodie sleeve because the mom character literally sounded like my mom when she’s disappointed but trying not to show it.

The visuals are so good it hurts. Like someone took Blade Runner, fed it anxiety meds, then filmed it on a broken vhs.

Watch with headphones. The whispers will destroy you.

And one with that extra layer of broken-VHS tracking lines and emotional weight:

2. “Neon Requiem” (Netflix) – i screamed. out loud. alone.

Cyberpunk musical thriller?? Who approved this unholy combination?? The fight scenes are choreographed like music videos on cocaine and i’m here for every second of it.

Episode 6 song lyrics hit so hard i had to pause, walk into my kitchen, stare at the fridge for 3 minutes, then come back and finish it.

Don’t watch the finale tipsy. Just don’t. I did. My soul is still recovering.

3. “We Were Never Really Here” (Apple TV+) – this one snuck up on me

Super slow. Almost boring at first. Then it just… starts carving pieces out of your heart.

It’s about grief and alternate timelines and by the last 10 minutes i was texting my ex at 2am like “hypothetically if we never broke up do you think we’d still be happy”

she left me on read. again. i deserve it.

Apple page: https://tv.apple.com/us/show/we-were-never-really-here Guardian called it haunting. Understatement tbh: https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2025/we-were-never-really-here-review

So yeah. Those are the three binge-worthy TV shows 2025 that currently have me in a chokehold.

I’m gonna wake up tomorrow, read this post, and probably delete half the typos and cringe lines… or maybe not. We’ll see.
